AI Resume Tailor delivers digital content immediately after payment, so refunds are limited to clear technical or billing failures rather than preference-based outcomes.
1. Digital goods nature
Once your result has been unlocked and made available to you, the purchase is generally treated as delivered digital content.
2. Refund exceptions
We may provide a full refund if:
- A technical error prevented the paid results from being delivered or unlocked.
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction in error.
- We confirm a payment processing issue that resulted in access failure after successful checkout.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@ai-resumetailor.com within 7 days of purchase and include your PayPal transaction ID, the email address used for your account, and a short description of the issue.
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to investigate the transaction.
4. Non-refundable reasons
Refund requests based only on dissatisfaction with writing style, subjective quality preference, or a decision not to use the generated materials are generally not eligible for refund after successful delivery.
