AI Resume Tailor delivers digital content immediately after payment, so refunds are limited to clear technical or billing failures.
1. Digital goods nature
Once your document has been unlocked and made visible, the purchase is generally final and non-refundable because the content has already been delivered.
2. Refund exceptions
We will provide a full refund only if:
- A technical error prevented the paid results from being delivered or unlocked.
- You were charged multiple times for the same transaction in error.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@ai-resumetailor.com within 7 days of purchase and include your PayPal transaction ID.
4. Non-refundable reasons
Requests based only on dissatisfaction with the generated output are not eligible for refund.
