These terms explain how AI Resume Tailor works, what you can expect from the service, and what remains your responsibility before submitting any application materials.
1. Operator and contact
AI Resume Tailor is an independent online software service operated under the AI Resume Tailor brand. If you have questions about these terms, billing, or product access, contact support@ai-resumetailor.com.
2. Service overview
This service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to optimize resumes, generate cover letters, and produce related application materials from information you provide.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to submit. You must not use the service to submit misleading, unlawful, infringing, abusive, or harmful material.
You must not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, or abuse the service, its payment flow, or its supporting infrastructure.
4. No guarantee of employment
The generated content is provided for drafting and informational purposes only. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, placements, or any specific employment outcome.
5. User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy and truthfulness of any final materials before submitting them to an employer.
You are also responsible for making sure your submitted content does not include confidential information you are not permitted to share.
6. Accounts and access
Some features require sign-in and some paid features require successful payment verification before they are unlocked. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the service is being abused, payment is reversed, or platform rules are being violated.
7. Payments and digital delivery
Paid features are delivered digitally after successful payment verification. Pricing may change in the future, but the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that purchase.
Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full card details.
8. Processing permission
You grant us temporary permission to process the materials you submit only to generate and deliver your tailored documents.
9. Intellectual property
You retain your rights in the materials you submit. We retain rights in the software, service design, branding, and site content excluding your submitted materials.
10. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We try to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Resume Tailor is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on generated content.
12. Consumer rights
These terms do not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under the laws of your location.
13. Updates to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page.
